Ordering Information

Sales Policy:

  • One Case minimum per item, no broken cases, please
  • Payment Terms are Net 30 on all open accounts unless customer requests immediate charges on a credit card account. After 30 days customer is responsible for all interest and penalty charges
  • Sorry, NO COD orders are accepted

Credit Policy:

  • An A & A Credit Application must be submitted for credit. Allow 2-3 weeks for processing
  • Past Due accounts MUST BE PAID prior to new orders being shipped
  • A service charge of $35.00 will be assessed for all returned checks

Shipping Policy:

  • Shipping charges are customers responsibility. Methods include UPS, FedEx, and common freight lines. We will gladly use customers established UPS or FedEx account numbers. Customer pick up at our manufacturing facilities are also welcomed. Shipping methods and charges will be discussed upon account setup.
  • Freight is charged by weight per carton shipped
  • An accurate shipping address must be provided or you will be billed for a shipping correction (typically 5.00 per package)
  • Chocolate Covered Salt Water Taffy and Dog Treats will be shipping in insulated cooler boxes when outside temperatures exceed 70 degrees. A fee of 5.00 per insulated cooler box will be assessed

Freight Claim and Returns Policy:

  • Please report damage to the carrier within 24 hours of receipt. Retain all original packing materials until claim is resolved
  • DO NOT deduct the cost of damage from your invoice without authorization from A & A
  • Due to wide variations in customer storage and merchandising conditions, A & A cannot assume responsibility for damage after delivery
  • No product should be returned to A & A without an approved return merchandise authorization
  • A 20% restocking fee and freight will be invoiced on all unauthorized returns and refused shipments

OUR PRODUCTS:

  • All of our products are made to order. Please leave a 7-10 day lead time from the day that the order is placed to the day it is shipped. We will do our best to expedite orders quickly but cannot guarantee specific dates due to production scheduling.
  • Customer is responsible for proper storage. All candies will be damaged if stored in extreme heat or cold! Please store between 65 and 75 degrees.
  • Because all of our candy is made to order, you are guaranteed fresh candy. Salt water taffy and crème mint sticks have a shelf life of approximately 6 months. Brittles and Caramel are fresh for 2 months
  • Prices are subject to change without notice

  • If you wish to phone in your order, contact your sales rep directly.
  • Please note that when orders are placed via fax or e-mail, we will contact you to confirm that we have received your order. If you do not receive an order confirmation within 48 hours, please call 800-337-6001 ext 4. A&A is not responsible for orders lost due to technological errors!
